Our clients brief was to convert part of the Old Police Station into a large family home. We took on the project from the purchasing stage to the eventual tenancy of the property. Planning permission for the conversion of the basement had been previously granted in 1989, however since it had expired, we negotiated a slightly larger property with two vital parking spaces in this lovely courtyard setting. 

It was a planning condition that the old building was integrated not levelled and started from scratch, therefore a team of surveyors, engineers and brave tradesmen we're tasked at creating such a fantastic finished product as safely as possible.
