Who

ID Developments (UK) Limited was established in 2008 by Iain Dickson after a successful period of progression from a sole trading project manager, contractor and private developer.

Iain continues to focus on the project management element of the business, providing everything required for a successful scheme to be delivered, on time, as specified and on budget.  On top of the experience working in the sector, Iain is developing his knowledge and style by undertaking an MSc in Architectural Project Management to help facilitate the success and understanding of high spec, design-led schemes.

Iain acknowledges that one of the most important factors in project management in the construction sector is to understand the client needs and expectations, communicating accurately to maintain a trusting and transparent relationship.

What

ID Developments (UK) Limited is structured to fulfill a variety of our clients needs from property procurement to maintenance of an existing and growing portfolio. We have in-house maintenance personnel and have a trusted network of referenced subcontractors for larger jobs.

ID Developments (UK) Limited currently provides a complete package to clients which includes property consultancy and project analysis, cost benefit analysis of scheme options, design and planning, tendering and contracts management and project management.

As a company we have taken on projects requiring change of use from commercial to residential, from single dwellings to multi-units and from agricultural to residential. We employ the sector specialists and act as the clients’ representative and agent to obtain the desired permissions and fulfill the brief.

Our objective is to continue in working with our established clients to grow existing portfolios, but also to offer design-led project management for private homeowners to design, plan, administrate and deliver the vision for their homes.

In addition, we advise commercial and residential landlords on how to utilise their portfolio to maximize rental income. The commercial sector is currently experiencing changing dynamics and we have successfully negotiated and delivered solutions to adapt to provide a secure revenue streams for previously inefficient units.

Where

As we are an Oxford based company, the majority of our work is Oxfordshire and London, however, our work is nationwide and we have recently completed projects in Essex, Birmingham, Bolton and Derby.

When

We aim to work to satisfy all deadlines set at our consultation meeting and will be available at short notice for updates, questions and troubleshooting.  We will take on all responsibilities for administrative needs, conflict resolution and sub-contracting to ensure a smooth and stress-free project.

We are happy to work hand-in-hand on a daily basis with our clients to allow as much design input as they desire, equally we are happy to work independently and present our visions for client appraisal.
