Our maintenance work has grown simultaneously with taking on new projects as we take responsibility for the ongoing maintenance issues for other properties within an existing portfolio. We can cover all aspects of maintenance issues from plumbing, electrics to post-tenancy dilapidations and decoration. All of our sub-contractors are tried and tested by ID Developments (UK) Limited and we will take on the responsibility of ensuring the highest of standards and an appropriate timescale.

We are currently maintaining a substantial student property lettings portfolio and also a growing commercial property portfolio which include total shop refurbishments for blue chip companies.
