Our consultation process begins with outlining the goals, vision and limitations of the scheme. We progress through this stage to presenting a scheme consistent with the style and vision of the client, before tailoring a bespoke design which attempts to accommodate all of the clients ambition with a functional, practical and successful scheme, ensuring planning guidelines and building regulations are being acknowledged and understood. 

We employ the best architects for each individual scheme, noting the need for a design perspective, a knowledge of the locality and the experience of the relevant planning process. At this stage our service enables communication, presentation and review between the client and ourselves to ensure the developing scheme is consistent with our brief.
