We often take on the role of main contractor for our clients projects. We offer a fixed price, fixed term quotation and work towards an agreed specification from external architects/surveyors or will use our own to compile the design and specification elements. We have a trusted network of sub-contractors who are consistently working on our jobs and we can therefore guarantee the quality you will receive.

We will take on the project management of all building projects and ensure that the clients aspirations are met. We will communicate with all interested parties, from utilities, planners and surveyors to tradesmen. We will provide the complete service conducting site meetings and reporting back to the client.
